Pieces of driftwood on the body of Oceanus were found on the Sapphire Coast, NSW and others came from Hicks Island, 600 km north of Cairns, and Cooktown in FNQ.
The featured Sydney rock oyster shells were found at Wonboyn Lake, NSW. The section on the top centre of Oceanus is made from a piece of whale bone rib retreived from the rocks of Disaster Bay NSW.
The fishing rod was found on the back beach of Sorrento VIC.
Reclaimed iron from a boat shed in Beaumaris VIC make up the fins.
