All Welcome

**Exhibition continues until 19th March**

> My new exhibition _Solipsism_ reflects my time working in the year 2020 – a year
> which looks to herald the era of the ‘new normal’.  As the outside world is increasingly
> unsure and truths seem in dispute, the idea of solipsism comes to mind –  the
> theory that the self is the only thing that can be known and verified. My works
> reflect my preoccupation with the inner world and our frailty – humans and animals
> alike. It serves as a form of ‘vanitas’ painting for me – reminding oneself that
> life’s brevity can make problems seem smaller, simple connections more beautiful
> and time more precious.
