Robert Juniper

Robert Juniper has established himself as one of Australia’s leading artists. He is best known for his poetic and evocative depictions of the Western Australian landscape. He has been the recipient of many awards and honours including the Wynne Prize in 1976 and 1980 and in 1998 he was awarded with a State Living Treasures award by the Ministry fro Culture and the Arts in Western Australia. In 1999 the Art Gallery of WA held a major survey exhibition of his work. His work is represented in many collections including National Gallery Australia, Art Gallery NSW, National Gallery of Victoria and in many university, civic, corporate and private collections.
