River Flows Through Dining Table/ Desk

 

Inspiration; The extensive river systems that snake their way through the Pindan red cliffs of the West Kimberly region viewed from the boat and the sky, via the chopper, reveal a seemingly never ending flow of fresh water. These waterways flow from platform to platform via the most exquisite waterfalls creating splayed silver ribbons that transfer life to the next level then continue their journey to the sea.  When Dave chose the Jarrah for ths piece the shape suited the design so well we left on the natural edges . Dave also did an exceptional job in the construction of this piece considering the drawing I gave him had no dimensions on it!!
