David Paris and Gary Bennett, two surfing friends, over 20 years ago established what is now one of Australia's leading galleries and home to many Australian contemporary artists.  With their love of the ocean Jahroc has continually on display an ever changing variety of ocean paintings produced by Australian contemporary artists.

These ocean paintings and seascapes portray stunning waterscapes, many of Australian beaches and coastline.  The attention to detail by these Australian contemporary artists adds to the immense depth conveyed and the breathtaking sense of being there,' as one' with the scene.

About the Gallery

Jahroc Galleries is situated in the heart of Margaret River in a historic building, renovated to preserve the historic setting and enable art lovers to enjoy the many unique Australian works of art on display.  The gallery is full of natural light and the diverse range of handmade Australian timber furniture enables artworks to be viewed by interested purchasers in a home or office-like setting, by placing a table or bed-head, for example, beneath the hanging art.  This makes it easier to visualise a piece of art in your own home or office environment and helps you make a more informed decision.
