This is just a short note to say thank you for the great service that I received when purchasing the above. The chair arrived safely and on time. It has certainly become the talking point and the showroom piece in our lounge. Our friends have been most impressed. I now look forward to the many hours of relaxation that will be forthcoming.

It is also very reassuring to receive your follow up correspondence in regards to the appreciation that will happen in the future with the value of the chair.
