Jahroc Gallery Margaret River

 

Jahroc Gallery in Margaret River is in the South West of Western Australia and is housed in an historic building built in the early 1900's. The two structures were built as simple timber frame buildings clad with jarrah weather boards and iron roofs. The front of the building was a trading post and the rear one a residence. We have recently extended the original gallery, connecting the two historic buildings together with a modern cavernous space with 4m high ceilings and lots of natural light making it a beatiful showing space. Both partners in Jah Roc are passionate surfers and Margaret River apart from being famous for it's wine is of course world renown for its powerful surf. The designs that are created in this region reflect the fluid lines and raw energy of the Indian Ocean.
